Terms & Conditions for buying on e-shop. Business conditions between company CRYSTAL CORN, s.r.o. (the supplier) and the customer:

The object is to supply goods selected on www.moya.cz. Payment can be made either by cash on delivery or proforma invoice (bank transfer to the supplier‘s account). Cash payment can also be made in case of personal pick-up. The ownership rights for the goods pass to the customer on payment of the purchase price. In accordance with the law 367/2000, the customer has a 14 days 'cooling off period' starting the day of receipt of goods, in which he has the right to cancel the purchase.This right applies only to non-corporate sector.

Complaints are handled in a standard manner in accordance with current legislation. We recommend that customers examine the purchased goods in order to identify any possible damage and thus prevent consequent irregularities.

We respect the customer‘s right to privacy. None of the information we collect is passed on to other parties. We will only collect customer’s details on placing of an order. These will include the name and address, email address, and various other details necessary to complete a transaction and fulfill the order. By sending the order the customer confirms that he is familiar with the Terms and Conditions of www.moya.cz online store, and agrees with them.

The operator is VAT registered.

How to search for the goods

Products can be searched for in several ways. The first option is to browse the categories. If you are interested in a specific product, the fastest way to find it is using “Search” button, just type into the keyword or product name and click the “search” button or press the Enter key on your keyboard. Once you have selected the required goods, insert it into the basket by clicking “Add to Cart”.

Shopping Cart

You will have an opportunity to change the quantity or remove the goods from your order. At the same time you will see the unit and total cost until the point at which you submit your order by clicking the "Buy now" button. The product price always includes VAT at the rate applicable at the time of order and cannot be changed.

For certain goods information concerning stock availability is not available on the website. If you order goods which are not available from stock, we will contact you by e-mail and you will have the option of waiting until the goods are available from stock, or cancelling your order.

Ordering

Ordering the products can also easily be done via e-mail or telephone.

After submitting an order to us you will be sent an order acknowledgement e-mail with details of the goods that you have ordered. If the e-mail can not be delivered because of incorrect e-mail address or because of the overloaded e-mail, the client is informed by phone or via SMS.

Postage and packaging

Most of the deliveries are sent by Czech Mail or courier company PPL (depending on weight and value of the order).

Packaging is free of charge for all our customers!

Delivery by Courier Company PPL

The carrier normally delivers your parcel within 24 hours of expedition between 8:00am and 6:00pm. On the day of delivery the driver will call and arrange with you the time of receipt of the shipment. The advantage of this transport is that you can arrange the delivery on particular hour or outside the original delivery address after mutual agreement with driver.

If the driver can not reach you on the phone or you are not at the delivery address, he will try to deliver the package the next business day. If he does not succeed the second time, the parcel will be left in the closest depot, where it will be stored for ten days, ready for personal pick-up. If you do not collect your parcel within this period, the parcel will be returned to us and you will need to arrange for a new delivery.

If your delivery does not arrive within 3 working days after receiving the e-mail confirmation of your order, please contact us.

When re-sending the goods which have been returned, you will have to pay the actual postage costs incurred in resending the parcel. The goods will be send only if the payment is made in advance.

We cannot be held responsible if the delivery address given is incorrect.

Receiving

If your goods arrive in damaged packaging, check immediately the content of the package in the presence of the courier. If the goods are incorrect, damaged or faulty on receipt, please keep the goods together with the packaging, write a reclamation list and contact us immediately (by phone, email) for guidance.

Cancellation & Returns

Unwanted goods should be returned within 14 days of delivery. You should post them unopened and undamaged. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged during transit. You are advised to wrap the product carefully to avoid damage.You are also advised to return goods by recorded delivery, registered post, or by a courier. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Please note that the cost of returning unwanted items is your responsibility.

Refunds for unwanted goods will only be made where the goods are returned unused, unopened and in re-saleable condition. Providing that we receive unwanted goods in unused, unopened and re-saleable condition within 14 days of delivery, we will refund payment for the goods, but not the postage.
